Most of your leads never get worked. That is a capacity problem, not a lead problem.

Six agents handling enrichment, scoring, sequencing, and CRM hygiene, so your SDRs spend their hours on live conversations instead of research.

Speed to first touch decides most deals, and almost nobody measures it

A lead that waits nineteen hours for a first response is competing against one that waited nineteen minutes somewhere else. The delay is rarely deliberate. It is what happens when the person who should respond is also researching the next list, updating the CRM, and running their own pipeline.

Who stays accountable

An SDR owns live conversations, objection handling, and the close. Agents never speak for you on a call.
Yes, you can hire exactly one.
One dedicated specialist is a completely normal engagement here. You get the same management layer, the same quality checks, and the same reporting as a practice running a full team.

FAQ
Your questions, answered
Will prospects know they are being contacted by an agent?

The sequencer sends email under your identity, the way any sales automation tool does. Agents do not make calls and do not hold live conversations. Where a reply needs a human, it goes to one.

How does this stay compliant with outbound rules?

Sequences run on your lists, your consent basis, and your suppression rules. We do not supply lists or make consent determinations for you. Outbound regulation is jurisdiction specific and the posture stays yours.

Does the agent decide who to contact?

The ICP scorer ranks against criteria you define and routes accordingly. The criteria are yours. The agent applies them consistently, which is mostly what a scoring model is for.

Will it overwrite our CRM data?

The hygiene agent works to rules you set, and every action is logged. Field level rules decide what it may change and what it may only flag.

Can it book meetings?

It can schedule against availability once a prospect has agreed. It does not negotiate or persuade, and it does not take a live conversation.
