Catch the denial before you submit, not six weeks after

Six agents working eligibility, scrubbing, denials, and AR, with a certified coder and an AR specialist owning coding accuracy, payer calls, and anything clinical.

Every denial is a problem you already paid to create

A denied claim has consumed the visit, the documentation, the coding, and the submission before it fails. Then it consumes the appeal. The economics of catching the error before submission rather than after are not close, and almost every practice is set up to do the opposite.

Who stays accountable

A certified coder and an AR specialist own coding accuracy, payer calls, and anything clinical. No agent assigns a final code and no agent speaks to a payer.
Yes, you can hire exactly one.
One dedicated specialist is a completely normal engagement here. You get the same management layer, the same quality checks, and the same reporting as a practice running a full team.

FAQ
Your questions, answered
Does an agent assign codes?

No. The scrubber checks codes already assigned for errors and format problems before submission. Code selection is a certified coder's work, and an agent selecting codes would create audit exposure that lands on your practice rather than on us.

How is PHI handled?

HIPAA aware workflows, a BAA signed before any access, least privilege role based permissions, and no client data used to train external models. That last one matters specifically here and is worth confirming with any AI vendor you evaluate.

Can an agent call a payer?

No. Payer calls are an AR specialist's work. Agents prepare the case and prioritize the queue.

Does the appeal drafter submit appeals?

It prepares the letter from denial and chart data. A person reviews and submits. An unreviewed appeal is worse than no appeal, because it burns an appeal level.

What about clinical decisions?

Entirely out of scope. Agents never give medical advice and nothing here touches clinical judgment.

Will it work in our practice management system?

Yes, in your system under your access controls. We do not move your data into a system of ours.
